FAQ's

When downloading to your mobile device, save it to your files (somewhere you can find it again), then if you don't already have a PDF app on your device, download one from your App Store. Once the app is ready, open the file and you can now type in to your file.

When using your digital file on a desktop or laptop, we find that fillable PDF's are easier to use. In most cases you can open the document and start to type into it straight away.

We are, however here during office hours Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays, to answer your questions.

I just received my digital download of My Dogs ICE and am absolutely delighted with it.
The download came with very clear instructions on how to download and add all my information - for both laptops and mobile devices, depending on your preference. I was able to download and edit the document very easily and feel much happier knowing that all of my pets info is stored together in a safe space . The ICE itself covers all of the information you could need plus plenty of space for any other notes you might want to add. Great that it caters for multiple dogs too!
